What we do

Stir Bakery’s bread range consists of sourdoughs and other slow fermented breads.

We focus on simple ingredients - flour, water, salt, with the occasional addition of seeds, grains and fruit – a long fermentation time this gives our bread greater depth of flavour and makes it easier to digest and stay tasty for longer! 

We also sell a range of delicious pastries and treats, as well as freshly prepared sandwiches every day.

Our Coffee

Although this is a Stir Bakery shop, we still serve all of the café’s drinks!

We proudly source our coffee from Assembly, an independent, award winning coffee roastery based in Brixton, London. As well as sourcing and roasting the highest quality coffee available, they are also proudly Carbon Neutral certified.

We understand that great coffee needs a lot of passion and thought given to the preparation to ensure the fantastic flavour of the beans is properly nurtured and released. This is why we employ Baristas as passionate about coffee as we are, enthusiastic and constantly furthering their training to understand and enjoy coffee to a higher level.
